Florida Fresh Bamboo was founded to provide retailers, restaurants, food service providers and consumers with premium American grown, jarred and packed premium bamboo shoots.

We are driven by ethical farming and business practices, with a focus on food safety, as evidenced by our extensive food safety plan, incorporation of best in industry Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and validation by our voluntary participation in USDA GAP auditing program.

FBB has assembled a team with extensive experience in vegetable farming and processing, the Florida bamboo industry, and business management and marketing.
